What brought you into the agency?

I feel like the agency came to me! While juggling motherhood and running my own digital marketing business from home, I was presented the job opening by a friend even though I wasn’t actively looking for work. When I read about the role, I just knew that it was meant for me, and I haven’t looked back since.

What’s your workplace superpower?

Remaining calm in the face of adversity and taking on a challenge. I’m also passionate about streamlining processes and always think of ways to do things more effectively and efficiently. In fact, I can’t switch that part of my brain off.

What do you love most about your job?

I love that no two days are the same. Jumping between jobs, clients, projects, meetings, and events makes my workdays compelling and exciting.  I also love the amazing team I get to work with every day. They are incredibly inspiring and always make me laugh. 

What’s the most useful piece of advice you could pass on?

“Let it go” – If it’s not your burden to carry, don’t take it on. If you can’t control the outcome, let it go. This has been invaluable in both my professional and personal life.

What do you do when you’re not on the job?

You will find me at the beach, camping or spending quality time outdoors with my husband and kids.

I also love shopping, reading, playing tennis, and watching Formula 1.
