What brought you into the agency?

When the agency was looking for an accomplished support person who was regionally based they came across me through some existing contacts. Although my previous roles had been a little different, I love to communicate, so we were a great match. With the combination of my learned experience and some great help from the HC team I have extended my knowledge and just love working with the team remotely.

What’s your workplace superpower?

The ability to adapt. Flexibility and the attitude of always giving it my best shot – if I don’t know how show me and I will do it next time! I am really motivated by the power of a job done well.

What do you love most about your job?

Variety – I don’t know exactly what will be thrown to me on any given day. As a Gemini I love flexibility and that is what I get with team HC.  Flexibility of time and variety in tasks. Working on new ideas with a happy crew is great.

What’s the most useful piece of advice you could pass on?

If you do what you love, it can feel like you are not really working at all. We spend too much time at work to not do something that engages us. Also, working with good people is the key to success.

What do you do when you’re not on the job?

I live on 100 acres just south of Tamworth, NSW where we breed a few racehorses and have a small herd of Angus cattle. You will usually find me here or chasing my three kids around to multiple activities or sport on any given day.
