Do you remember planning for your own 21st party?

Did you have a fondant covered fruit cake in the shape of a key made by your aunty like I did? Some family and friends mixing in the backyard or a party hosted at the local club? Perhaps a dress up theme? I bet there was a yard glass and a photo board of cute baby photos and life’s milestones thus far and of course the obligatory speech made by a good mate covering life’s most embarrassing (and up till now private) moments.

Pretty good memories huh?

Next month marks 21 years in business for Hardman Communications and we’re enjoying planning our party which will kick off an entire year of celebrating and still loving what we do, and appreciation for all those who have shared the experience along the way.

As invites have gone out to friends and colleagues far and wide, we’re grateful for the lovely comments flooding us with all the good feels.

So, beyond our kick-off party, each month I’ll have something new to share with you as I think about the phases of the business over these 21 years.  

The most recent phase is our hybrid model of working which started back in 2019, when we shed all the excess of an owned office, downsized staff to a core team and created scale with the addition of some contractors. It was all about working smarter, not harder and treading more intentionally and sustainability on the earth with less waste, better public transport access and being immersed in the Western Sydney business community.

To mark our 21st year, we’re reading for our next co-working phase.

We’re still here in Parramatta but are moving to the heart of the CBD, in the beautiful Parramatta Square. We’ll miss the wonderful team at Grounded Space who we’ve called home for the past three and a half years, but change was afoot.

There are so many great co-working space options in Parramatta now, signaling the exciting growth in the region, but we decided on a new home Spaces – Level 49, 8 Parramatta Square. It is a beautiful new, NABERS rated, high-rise with views stretching north, south, east and west over our incredible city.

We can’t wait to welcome you here. We are moving in this week – an early birthday present to us.  So please drop in or take advantage of the free hot desk space we can offer our friends and colleagues.
