Hardman Communications has written and produced Case IH’s flagship customer magazine, Farm Forum, for a number of years. The magazine was developed to improve communication with customers and position Case IH not only as a leader in its field of equipment manufacture but as a leader in the agriculture sector more broadly.
Farm Forum reflects Hardman Communications’ close understanding of the sector, with savvy business-based articles presented in a warm and engaging tone, and supported by the highest quality photography.
Hardman Communications works closely with Case IH’s dealer network, customers and staff to identify and develop appropriate stories. The streamlined process is respectful of these busy stakeholders’ time and results in a high calibre of stories developed with a minimum of fuss.
Farm Forum includes stories with farmers at the very top of the industry – regardless of whether they are Case IH customers. Strict editorial standards mandate that only genuine newsmakers be included in the magazine.
Results: Farm Forum is distributed to about 14,000 subscribers. These are mainly Case IH customers but the magazine’s readership also includes a number of industry experts and other stakeholders. Reader surveys have consistently shown that Farm Forum is valued highly by Case IH customers, ranking very strongly for quality, readability, diversity of topics and interest.
